Ich fahre in den Urlaub und vermiete daher für zwei Wochen mein wunderschönes und riesiges Zimmer in einer netten 3er-WG. Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, aber nicht dunkel. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und vollmöbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Sofa, etc, charmant eingerichtet mit einer Mischung aus Ikea und Flohmarkt-Chic inklusive einem wunderschönen Dielenboden und riesiger Decke. Nur der Stuck fehlt, sorry.
Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls von stattlicher Größe und kommen mit Spülmaschine, Smoothiemaker und Waschmaschine und sogar einer Badewanne. Dazu geht es von dem Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin in einen kleinen Garten, der gerne mitbenutzt werden darf. Nicht ganz ein tropisches Kleinod, aber ein Platz zum draußen sitzen, immerhin.
I'm going on vacation and want to rent out my beautiful and spacious room in a nice shared apartment of 3 people. The room is on the ground floor, but not dark. It comes with a desk, bed, sofa, etc. It's nicely furnished with a mixture of Ikea and unique pieces that I assembled over the years on various flea markets. It has a beautiful wooden floor and the highest ceiling ever. Only the stucco is missing. I'm terribly sorry.
Kitchen and bathroom are pretty spacious as well and are equipped with dish washer, smoothie maker and a washing machine, even a bath tub. One of the rooms has access to a small garden, which you are welcome to use as well. It's not a tropical paradise, but a space to sit outside.
Die WG liegt mitten im Herzen von Kreuzberg/Neukölln. Bushaltestelle Gräfestraße (M41) ist quasi vor der Tür. Zur U-Schönleinstraße läufst du 5-7 Minuten, 10 Minuten zum Hermannplatz. Zahlreiche Cafes, Bars, Hasenheide Park und Tempelhofer Feld sind in Laufnähe. Wir wohnen an einer belebten Hauptstraße, aber im Hinterhaus. Dadurch haben wir es super schön ruhig.
The apartment lies in the heart of Kreuzberg/Neukölln. Bus stop Gräfestraße (M41) is basically in front of our door. It's a 5-7 minute walk to U-Schönleinstraße and a 10 minute walk to Hermannplatz. Many cafes, bars, Hasenheide Park and Tempelhofer Feld are within walking distance. We live on a busy street, but since the apartment is in the back building (we call it Hinterhof/Hinterhaus) we live really quiet.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und gehen gerne einmal zusammen ein Bier trinken oder quatschen in der Küche. Für die Sauberkeit gibt es einen Putzplan, an dem du in deiner Zeit hier gerne teilhaben darfst. :)
We are interested in each other and don't just live together to share costs. Sometimes we like to go for a beer or sit relaxed in the kitchen. We're all keeping the apartment clean together. We got a plan for it and you're welcome to participate in your time being here. :)
Da zu meinem Mobiliar ein paar alte Stücke gehören, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen, ist mir ein pfleglicher Umgang sehr wichtig. Zur Sicherheit möchte ich daher auch für diese kurze Zeit als Sicherheit eine Kaution von 100 EUR veranschlagen, die du nach Auszug natürlich sofort zurück bekommst.
Ich komme am 12. Juli zurück. Daher müsstest du dann auch wieder ausziehen.
Wegen der kurzen Zeit wird es keine extra Besichtigung geben. Ich schicke aber gerne Bilder der Wohnung. Erzähl doch ein bisschen von dir und dann hoffentlich bis bald. :)
Since I possess a few character pieces of furniture that are really important to me, I will charge a deposit of 100 EUR as a safety. Obviously you'll immediately get the money back after your stay.
I'll come back on 12. Juli. Therefore you'd have to move out that day again too.
Because of the short time, there won't be an apartment tour beforehand. I am willing to send some pictures of the apartment though of course. Why don't you tell me a little about yourself and then maybe we'll meet soon. :)
