Hallo! Wir suchen eine/n Mitbewohner*in ab dem 1. Februar bis zum 30.06.2024. Dein Zimmer ist 22qm groß und zu einen ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Schrank und ein Sofa, dies wird mitvermietet. Die Wohnung ist in Kreuzberg direkt am Görlitzerpark. Warm beträgt die Miete mit Internet, GEZ und allem drum und dran 530€.
Zur Wohnung
In der Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spühlmaschine, Bad und zwei weiteren Zimmern. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.
Zum WG-Leben
Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir uns als Freunde ein gemeinsames Zuhause teilen. Natürlich hat jeder sein eigenes Leben und seine Privatsphäre, aber wir wünschen uns, dass es nicht anonym ist.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, wir putzen jede Woche abwechselnd Bad, Küche und Flur.
