Das Zimmer ist Teil unserer 130qm-Altbauwohnung mit großer Wohnküche und Bad mit Dusche Badewanne. Du bekommst abgezogene Dielen, hohe Decken und zwei große Fenster. Die gehen allerdings nach vorne raus – ein paar Stadtgeräusche von Ubahn und Park sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, ein paar schöne und gut ins Zimmer passende Möbel (Bett 140X200, Couch, Schreibtisch, Vorhänge) sollten nach Rücksprache mit der Vormieterin gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Für Sportwütige haben wir ein Hangboard, eine Klimmzugstange und Tischtennisschläger.

The room is part of our 130 sqm flat and comes partly furnished. The previous tenant will leave some nice and well-fitting peaces of furniture (a bed 140X200, desk, curtains,...), these should be taken over in return for a down payment.
The room has nice wooden floor and two big windows facing the street, so there is some sound of the city.
We do not have a living room but a big hallway, a kitchen with a sofa and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
For those obsessed with sports: we have a pull-up bar, hangboard and table tennis rackets.
Mittendrin. Der Görlitzer Park ist dein Garten. Supermärkte jeglicher Preisklasse sind fußläufig erreichbar, von Pizza bis Burger, von Vietnamesisch (ca. 8x) bis Mexikanisch gibt es alles zu essen, was man so mögen kann. Der Landwehrkanal lädt zum Flanieren ein, das ist fein. Es gibt auch genügend Kneipen, Cafés und Eis. Falls du doch mal aus Kreuzberg raus willst: Die U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Oder mit dem Fahrrad ("Ich bin zwar tot, aber ich hatte Vorfahrt", Großstadtgeflüster hat sich hier inspirieren lassen).

Right in the middle of vibrant Kreuzberg. Take a walk at Landwehrkanal and in the Görlitzer Park or sip on a drink in Cafés and Bars next door. Food places of any kind an a variety of supermarkets can be reached by foot.
The next Metro Station ist Görlitzer Bahnhof, 5 min walking distance.
Du komplettierst eine vierköpfige Berufstätigen-WG, deren Bewohner*innen halb auswärts, halb im Homeoffice arbeiten.
Aktuell leben hier Sebastian (recheriert und schreibt), Hannah (orientiert sich um) und Lino (finalisiert Master und produziert Kultur). Wir suchen nach einer Mitbewohnerin.
Grundsätzlich sind wir eher eine ruhige WG. Dafür treffen wir uns gerne mal auf ein Glas Wein und ein anregendes Gespräch über die politische Weltlage in der Küche. (Manchmal trinken wir auch Champagner.) Spezialität des Hauses: selbstgemachte Pizza vom Pizzastein. Wir essen alle grundsätzlich vegetarisch oder vegan. Wenn es sich ergibt, starten wir auch mal zu gemeinsamen Abenden oder Ausflügen an den See. Ach ja: Kaffee ist hier Grundnahrungsmittel. Wir haben eine Espressomaschine und -mühle. Wir denken seit Längerem über eine gemeinsame Bio-Kiste nach.

We are four people sharing the flat. Currently we’re mostly working from home so during the week its rather quiet.
You will be living with Sebastian (investigating and writing), Hannah (between jobs) and Lino (cultural production). We're looking fpr a female flatmate.
We're a rather quiet WG, but we meet in the kitchen to have a glass of wine and inspiring talks about the political world situation in the kitchen. in the evenings. (Sometimes we also have a glass of champagne or do a little trip to the lake.) Our signature dish is pizza, made on our pizza stone. All of us eat vegetarian or vegan most of the time. We have an espresso machine and mill. For some time we've been thinking about getting a Bio-Kiste.
Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust auf WG Leben hat, sich über Austausch und Zusammenleben freut, und dafür Offenheit genauso wie Rücksicht mitbringt. Ach ja: Putzen ist uns wichtig.
