The room is not too big but very cozy and modern.
You have a Japanese bed and everything you need to work here.
A big vintage lamp makes the atmosphere comfortable and there is a total silence in the night.
Highlight of the house is the balcony and the whole apartment is beautiful, modern and joyful.
In the house you have everything what you need, I will make sure to create some space where you can put your things. :)
The zone is pretty central, between Mitte and Kreuzberg. You'll be at the end of Adalbertstraße, a very lively neighborhood with a lot of tasty restaurants. Since you'll be at the end of the street, you will be able to enjoy a calm and quiet area of Berlin. You have Bio Company walking 6 minutes, Rewe, Nett and all other supermarkets walking about 9 minutes.
You will live with Rosa, she is a German actress. She is a very quiet and nice person who prefers to have a calm atmosphere in the house - so we will prefer a person who sees the apartment as a "come down" place.
The building itself is very safe and quiet, so we would like you to respect this as well :)
A caution of 100 Euros will be asked only as guarantee for me but I will give it back right after I'll be arrived back in Berlin.
