Hello!
My room in Kreuzberg is available for sublet now - 1.May (possibility to move in long-term after june) as I will be away.
The flat is shared with my friend Tina. She is an artist and a wonderful human being! We like to hang out in the flat, have a beer and occasionally cook together or for each other. But of course, there's space for you to be alone whenever desired. There are supermarkets 3-7min walking distance (Alnatura, Nah und Gut, Marheinekeplatz, an Asian supermarket) and the Ubahn is 3min away.
The room is 26sqm. There's a desk you can work on, a coffee table with 3 chairs, a shelf that is partly emptied for your belongings and a beautiful view! (it's the 4th floor) The images are from the beginning of the year, now there's a larger, two person bed. Additionally, I have left my bicycle in the backyard, if you want, you can use it.
Some things you should know:
- We are looking for a non-smoker.
- The room is available from whenever but preferably as soon as possible until 1.May. (as I will be back for May/June)
- There's a possibility to move in long-term beginning of July onwards.
The rent is 550EUR per month (all included). Deposit is 500EUR.
