Hello,
This sublet is a beautiful room for 3 months, 1 February to 30 April. We are looking fort someone between the ages of 28-38 (approx.), who is especially clean, respectful, and trustworthy, ideally with a high level of german. There may be a possibility to stay in the flat beyond this time, and this will be known at a later date.
The room is approx. 22m2. Cozy, private, spacious, very sunny and comfortable. It is part of a 170m2 Altbau flat with an enormous kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, balcony, and a huge attic for storage.
You would share the place with my three flatmates, friendly, international women in their 30s. It’s a very chill, peaceful, and respectful WG, where English and German are spoken.
This room and WG are truly a dream come true in Berlin, and it’s important for us to find the right fit. Please write me with a bit about yourself, and why you think you might be a good fit. Please note we will only consider applications within the age range listed.
