The room is bright , with windows facing the backyard, so it is the most quiet room in the flat either:) Not much furniture, everything you can see on photos. Only the mattress will be added. It is not ready yet, the walls should be painted during the week, but we already looking for person to move in.
Goes with Anmeldung and personal contract with Landlord, who is very chilled and never bother us!
Super industrial, but weirdly always alive! Across the street there is an art factory, somewhere close techno club and music studio. So this area definitely has some vibe and if you are not too picky you might not pay attention to lack of Späti on the corner or fancy Cafe in next building:’)
Also street is very well connected(!):
- 10m by tram to S Landsberger Allee (M8/M18) almost every 3m
- 30m by tram to Hauptbahnhof (M8)
- 15m by tram to Friedrichshain (M21)
- 5m by tram or bus to U5 Lichtenberg (M21 or M256/250)
And let’s not forget about the biggest IKEA in 7m by tram! all of the stops are right next to the house :)
It’s a 4room Wg, in old beautiful building, but sadly is not really taking care of it as it suppose to be:‘) No fancy renovation, but it has some unique atmosphere. The whole flat is huge and the walls are thick, so it gives a lot of privacy✨
Right now there is me, Aleksandra, 26yo girl, who makes music, voiceovers, pretty much into meditation, deep talks, movies, science, board games and tons of other things:D
And Nino, 21yo boy, super sweet funny guy, working most time, very quiet and chilled. We are basically new here and now we have a chance to create nice community and change this place into home. Plus idealistically to become friends with those who share this home with us🌼
It is not party WG, but we also not boring, we do love spendning time together: playing games, cooking, going to flea market, watching movies or having guests:) Friends and family are obviously welcome. However we are both morning birds, so its important to be quiet at night. We both flexitarians, which means not often but time after time we have meat in house, so vegetarians are very welcome if it work for you this way. And tidiness (!), as it is on the photos - thats how we expect it to be all the time. So PLEASE consider it before you text us.
We know how stressful it is to be on your place. So if you like what you’ve read and you want to come to meet personally pls send us some open and honest info (in Eng🙏🏻).
