Comfortable room in Lichtenberg, in the student residence located in Storkower Strasse. It has a single bed, a sofa, a desk, and a small closet. The services are included which includes internet service. The room has a nice view of the DDR architectural-style buildings. I will give you my laundry card which you can recharge in the building and make use of the washing machines and dryers located in the basement of the building.

The apartment is very well located, only 6 minutes walk from the tram station 13/16 and 21 Möllendorffstraße, 10 minutes walk from the Sbahn station Storkower, which is part of the ring, and 15 minutes walk from Frankfurter Alle. There is also a Rewe and Lidl supermarket just 5 minutes away, as well as beautiful parks such as Stadpark Lichtenberg and Fennpfuhlpark.

We are three women in the apartment with whom we have a nice relationship of friendship and cohabitation. We like order and cleanliness, so we organize to clean and buy the necessary items weekly. The languages spoken at home are English, German, and Polish. We consider our small apartment an important place to rest, so we are conscious of noise and respect each other's space. NO PARTIES!
We are students and we work, so rest is essential, we also like to spend a good time cooking or watching a movie or series together.

I will sublet my room for only three weeks at an excellent price. Only woman since is the policy of our original contract agreement.
