The flat is in a building built in 2015, with a large living room, south facing balcony (from the living room), kitchen facing the park of Herzberge, 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet, one with bathtub and one with shower, both usable by everybody). The flat also has an extra room (15m²) that I use as office/guest room/movie room, and which can also be used as such by the person renting the advertised bedroom (for example to not need to have a desk in the bedroom).
The bedroom is 11m² with a north facing window, with a view on the park.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude, das 2015 gebaut wurde, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, Südbalkon (vom Wohnzimmer aus), Küche mit Blick auf den Park von Herzberge, 2 Bäder (jedes mit einer Toilette, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche, beide von allen nutzbar). Die Wohnung hat auch ein zusätzliches Zimmer (15m²), das ich als Büro/Gästezimmer/Filmzimmer nutze und das auch von der Person, die das ausgeschriebene Schlafzimmer mietet, als solches genutzt werden kann (zum Beispiel, um keinen Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer haben zu müssen).
Das Schlafzimmer ist 11m² mit einem Fenster nach Norden, mit Blick auf den Park.

The building is located in a private residence. It has a dedicated parking place. The residence is in the middle of Herzberge landscape park. The park is quiet with a city farm and sheep enclosures.
The flat is located less than 10min away from the KEH Evangelisches Krankenhaus Königin Elisabeth Herzberge, but in a dead end road, so out of the way from ambulances (the location is very quiet).
The trams 18, M8 and 37 are 5min away by foot (Stop Ev. Krankenhaus KEH), the U-Bahn/S-Bahn station of Lichtenberg in about 20min away by foot or reacheable with the tram 37.

Die Wohnung befindet sich weniger als 10min vom KEH Evangelisches Krankenhaus Königin Elisabeth Herzberge entfernt, aber in einer Sackgasse, also abseits von Krankenwagen (die Lage ist sehr ruhig).
