Helles Zimmer in ruhiger 2er WG

Von der Wohnung ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und bis zur U5 (Magdalenenstraße) braucht man 8 Minuten.

Neben der U Bahn Station gibt es einen Lidl und in die andere Richtung einen Rewe (Fußläufig 8 Minuten).

Die Ringbahn ist nur eine U Bahn Station entfernt und zum Alexanderplatz sowie Hauptbahnhof muss man nicht mal umsteigen. So kommt man für berliner Verhältnisse gut und schnell überall hin, wo man hinwill.

The Ringbahn is just one underground station away and you don't even have to change trains to get to Alexanderplatz or Hauptbahnhof. By Berlin standards, you can get anywhere you want to go quickly and easily.

Ansonsten wohnen in der Wohnung ich und meine Katze. Du solltest also tierlieb sein. Es ist aber vollkommen okay, wenn du nicht möchtest, dass sie in dein Zimmer kommt. Leider ist es nicht möglich, eine 2. Katze in der Wohnung zu halten, da meine Katze mit anderen gar nicht klar kommt. Sie ist aber sehr menschenfreundlich.

Zu mir: Ich bin 27, studiere Kindheitspädagogik und arbeite als Aushilfe in einer kleinen Kita.
Wenn ich grade nicht am Laptop sitzen muss, treffe ich mich gerne mit Freund*innen zum Spazieren, Kuchen essen oder Beachvolleyball spielen. Ich backe und singe gerne.

Ich bin manchmal ein bisschen chaotisch, es ist mir aber trotzdem wichtig, dass in der Wohnung eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit herrscht. Damit das gut funktioniert, sollten verbindliche Absprachen getroffen werden.
Es wäre natürlich super, wenn dir auch bewusst ist, dass Böden manchmal gewischt werden wollen und ein ein Kühlschrank auch mal geputzt werden muss ;)

Ich finde es in einer WG immer schön, wenn man sich gut versteht und ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis hat. Ich mag es, wenn man auch mal was zusammen unternimmt oder kocht (gerne vegan), finde es aber auch wichtig, dass jede ihre Ruhe haben kann.

Mir ist es wichtig, mit einer Person zusammen zu leben, die ähnliche Werte teilt, wie ich. Du solltest also gegen Sexismus und Rassismus sein und die aktuelle Pandemie-Lange nicht auf die leichte Schulter nehmen.

When I don't have to sit at my laptop, I like to meet up with friends to go for walks, eat cake or play beach volleyball. I like to bake and sing.

I'm sometimes a bit chaotic, but it's still important to me that there's a certain level of basic cleanliness in the apartment. In order for this to work well, binding agreements should be made.
Of course, it would be great if you were also aware that floors sometimes need to be wiped and a fridge needs to be cleaned from time to time ;)

I think it's always nice in a flat share if you get along well and have a friendly relationship. I like it when you do something together or cook (preferably vegan), but I also think it's important that everyone can have their quiet time.

It is important to me to live with a person who shares similar values ​​as I do. So you should be against sexism and racism and not take the current pandemic lightly.
