Hallo Berlinbesucher! (english version below!)
Ob Vorstellungsgespräch oder Kurzpraktikum, Volontariats-Station oder Yogakurs: In meiner zentral gelegenen Wohnung ist ein schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und ein bis zwei Schlafplätzen, das ich bei Kurzaufenthalten gegen Unkostenpauschale zur Verfügung stelle. 1 Person 18 €/Nacht, 2 Personen 29 €/Nacht (Schlaffläche 1,40 x 2,00, gemeinsame Bettdecke 2,00 x 2,00)). Mindestens 3 Nächte, höchstens 14 Nächte (nur in Ausnahmefällen länger, das klären wir im Gespräch).
Meine Wohnung liegt an der Grenze von Mitte zum Wedding, dem jüngsten Berliner Szene-Stadtteil. Gelegenheit zum Joggen bieten vor der Haustür der Panke-Weg oder der Volkspark Humboldthain, Kunstaktionen und kulturelles Angebot wie das Prime Time Theater, die Lesebühne „Brauseboys“ oder das Kulturquartier silent green (ehem. Krematorium) sind um die Ecke. Vor dem Haus kann man kostenfrei parken, außerdem seid ihr perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden: die S-Bahnstation Wedding (Ringbahn S 41, S 42), Humboldthain (S1, S2, S25) sowie der U-Bahnstation Reinickendorfer Straße sind nur 5 Laufminuten entfernt, zahlreiche Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind ebenfalls in kurzer Laufweite.
Das Zimmer habt ihr nur für euch. Für die Zeit eures Aufenthalts teilen wir uns als temporäre WG die Küche und das Bad. WLAN ist vorhanden, Bettwäsche (und falls nötig auch Handtücher, bitte anfragen) sind inbegriffen. Meine Wohnung ist rauchfrei, aber auf dem Balkon an eurem Zimmer kann geraucht werden. Ich arbeite als freier Journalist und Coach viel von zu Hause aus, falls ihr Tipps braucht, wo es sich lohnt hinzugehen, kann ich euch helfen.
Schreibt mir am besten eine Email, ruhig auch kurzfristig, ich melde mich so schnell es geht zurück.

You have an interview for a job? You have a short practical training? You join a Yoga-Course? In my silent apartment i have a room with one or two places to sleep, that i provide for some nights against a small usage fee. 1 Person 18 €/night, 2 Persons 29 €/night. Minimum 3 nights, maximum 14 (in spezial cases longer, please talk to me).
My apartment is situated in the central district Mitte/Wedding, the youngest in-district. In front of my house you can park your car costless, also my apartment is perfectly connected to the public transport: you reach the S-Bahnstation Wedding (Ringbahn S 41, S 42), the S-Bahnstation Humboldthain (S1, S2, S25) and the U-Bahnstation Reinickendorfer Straße (U6) inner 5 minutes by feet. At the riverside of the panke or in the Volkspark Humboldthain you can go for jogging, close to my place there are a lot of shopping occasions in walking distance – and just around the corner you find a lot of art and other cultural activities as well.
The room with balcony is exclusively yours, for the time of your stay we share the kitchen and the bathroom like a temporary residential community. WLAN is available, bed linen (and if demanded towels) are there. My apartment is smoke-free, but you are free to smoke on the balcony of your room. I´m a lot at home, because i work in my home office as a freelance journalist, in any case i can give you hints, what is worth to visit or not.
