Hey there, I'm subletting my room (25qm) in Berlin for March 2024. It's a shared flat with 3 other students in the district Mitte (address: Neue Hochstraße 13347 Berlin).
Rent is 600€ including all side costs, bail is 400€.
The flat has 2 bathrooms (one has the shower) and a kitchen, shared with the other students. It's a functional? shared flat (Zweck-WG)
The flat is located near the subway station U Schwartzkopffstraße and S Humboldthain. It's really close to the Charité and the Humboldt University Campus.
I'm subletting my room because I'm going to do an internship for a month in Vienna. Because of that, I'd prefer a student who's doing an internship as well to move into my room during that period of time. :)
Note: Right now I'm doing Erasmus in Barcelona so the room is currently sublet to another girl, who's staying there till the end of February. Therefore the pictures shown were taken before my Erasmus in July 2023. My plants are at my friends' places and I put all my stuff into boxes, that I left in the room.
Please only requests for the stated period of time!! I'll live there again from April on!
