Wir vermieten während wir verreist sind im Januar zwei Zimmer in unserer Wohnung im Hansaviertel in Mitte unter. Das hier angebotene Zimmer (normalerweise ein Kinderzimmer) hat 10 qm und ist mit einem mittelhohen Hochbett sowie einer 1,40 m breiten Matratze darunter auf dem Boden, einer Kommode und zwei Regalen ausgestattet.
We are renting out two rooms in our apartment in the Hansaviertel in Mitte while we are away in January. The room offered here (usually a children's room) has 10 square meters and is equipped with a medium-high loft bed and a 1.40 m wide mattress underneath on the floor, a chest of drawers and two shelves.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hansaviertel, 5 Minuten vom Hansaplatz (U9) entfernt. Am Hansaplatz befindet sich auch ein Rewe. Ein Café mit Gebäck und belegten Brötchen sowie Pizza befindet sich direkt im Haus. Zur S-Bahn-Station Tiergarten sind es etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. In gut 5 Minuten ist man im großen Tiergarten, in 2 Minuten an der Spree.
The apartment is located in the Hansaviertel, 5 minutes from Hansaplatz (U9). There is also a Rewe at Hansaplatz. A café with pastries and sandwiches as well as pizza is located right in the house. It's about a 7-minute walk to the Tiergarten S-Bahn station. In just over 5 minutes you can reach the large parc and in 2 minutes you can reach the Spree.
Es wird ein weiteres Zimmer vermietet, an wen ist noch nicht klar. In der Wohnung stehen eine Wohnküche, ein Balkon, das Bad für alle zur Verfügung.
Another room is being rented, to whom it is not yet clear. In the apartment there is a kitchen-living room, a balcony and a bathroom for everyone.
Zur Info: Die Wohnung hat noch ein weiteres Zimmer, in welchem wir unsere persönlichen Dinge und das Spielzeug unserer Kinder lagern werden (es sei denn jemand hat Bedarf an Kindersachen, dann können die gerne auch genutzt werden).
Theoretisch wäre die Anreise auch schon am 29.12. möglich und könnte der Aufenthalt bis 11.2. verlängert werden.
Wir sind tagsüber und bis 20 Uhr unter (siehe Kontaktinformationen) erreichbar.
For your information: The apartment has another room in which we will store our personal belongings and our children's toys (unless someone needs children's things, then they are welcome to use them too).
Theoretically, the arrival would be possible on December 29th. and the stay could be extended until 11.2.
