We have 3 rooms. Pias room (a little bit smaller: maybe 12 square meters or so), Lottas room (a little bit bigger maybe 23 sqare meters or so) and a really nice living room with balcony. Of course we also have a kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have heating, high ceilings, and are bright.

We are really close to Nordbahnhof and Naturkundemuseum. It is really quiet here due to office spaces and many families that live here. We have a lot of supermarkets arround and you can reach pretty much everything soon from here. But it is definitely not like in other parts of Berlin where you feel the "Kiez-vibes."

We both work. Sometimes from homeoffice, sometimes from our real offices. We have many years of experience in different flats and don’t need a cleaning schedule to have a nice and clean home. We cook a lot and sometimes also together and enjoy healthy and vegetarian food. Also we would never have a party in our flat and don’t want you to do that too. Other than that we are pretty chilled and easy going!

You would live 2 months in Lottas room and pay 620€ and then move 4-6 months to Pias room and pay 570€.
