The room is about 20 square meters, unfurnished, available for long-term with Anmeldung. The room is free starting 1st of June.
The apartment has three rooms in total and is on the 4th floor but no worries, we have an elevator!
The flat is located at Hackescher Markt in Mitte.
The S-Bahn station "Hackescher Markt" is literally right in front of the building's door and you can catch the S3, S5, S7, and S9 from there. The U8 station "Weinmeister Straße" is about a 5min walk away. The trams M1, M4, M5, M6 and 12 are also just a 5min walk.
The neighborhood is very vibrant and dynamic - you'll never get bored! There are many nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Yet it's so quiet once you're in the flat, which is a nice mix of both.
Grocery stores are all a 5min walk away including Rewe, Edeka, Bio Company, dm and Rossmann.
A bit about me:
I'm Marcel (26) and I go by they/them. I study and work at the same time. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends at bars and parks, trying new vegan restaurants, dancing, watching anime and practicing my hobbies.
I'm not into Zweck-WGs, so I would love to live with people who are down to do things together from time to time but also respect each other's boundaries and me-time.
I would also prefer living with other vegan/vegetarian and queer FLINTA-identifying people.
Cleanliness is VERY important to me and I hope following a cleaning plan wouldn’t be a problem for you.
