As I’m moving out, my room in a small but nice apartment right on Rosenthaler Platz is becoming available, which means you are really in the middle of Berlin and super central to shopping and bars. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Your room is 16m2 and even has a small sunny south-west facing balcony.
The room would be available from 16.06.2024. The rent is 1,000€ warm per month (unfurnished). Anmeldung is possible!
You would share the approx. 53m2 apartment with my current flatmate Solomia (26 years old).

Da ich ausziehe wird mein Zimmer in einer kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung direkt am Rosenthaler Platz frei, d.h. du bist wirklich mitten in Berlin und super zentral an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock. Dein Zimmer ist 16m2 und hat sogar einen kleinen sonnigen Südwest-Balkon.
Das Zimmer wäre zum 16.06.2024 frei. Die Miete beträgt 1050€ warm.

Du würdest dir die ca. 53m2 große Wohnung mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin Solomia (26 Jahre) teilen.
