Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter für drei Monate. Wegen einer Reise unserer Mitbewohnerin vermieten wir ein ruhiges, möbliertes 22qm Zimmer in 142qm 4er WG mit viel Himmel und Blick auf die Spree für 360 Euro im Monat. Es gibt Doppelbett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, WiFi, Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, grosse Wohnküche, insgesamt 70qm Gemeinschaftsfläche, nette Mitbewohner. Es wird viel englisch gesprochen. Das Nikolaiviertel bietet eine dörfliche Atmosphäre im Zentrum Berlins. Es gibt viel öffentlichen Nahverkehr in der Nähe & einen Fahrradverleih im Hof. Ideal für ein Praktikum im Zentrum oder als Zwischenstation, um etwas Dauerhaftes zu suchen.
We are looking for a flatmate for 3 months. Rent a nice & completely furnished room in our big, bright and central maisonnette in the centre of Berlin! Look down to the river or up to the sky! We mostly talk english with each other. The rent is 360 Euro monthly.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte von Mitte! Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen am Alexanderplatz gleich in der Nähe. Parkplätze am Haus sind reichlich vorhanden, allerdings mit Parkzonenautomaten. Ohne Automaten ca. 7min Fussweg.
You will find yourself right in the centre of the city. There are lots of possibilities for public transport in the neigbourhood.
Wir sind vier Personen um die 30. Eine bunte Mischung aus mehreren Ländern. Wir haben eine grosse Wohnküche, wo wir auch gerne mal miteinander kochen und essen. Es ist tendenziell nicht die laute Party WG. Falls du so was suchst, dann lieber woanders!
We are 4 people, a mix of different nationalities. We usually speak english with each other. There is a big american kitchen in the apartment. If you look for a loud party community rather search somewhere else!

Rauchen ist innerhalb der Wohnung nicht erwünscht. Sonst haben wir kaum feste Regeln und bisher funktionierte das immer ganz gut. Im Prinzip soll jeder gerne machen was er und sie will, solange die anderen Mitbewohner darunter nicht leiden. Also am besten auf deinen eigenen Sachen achten und zB nicht immer nur die anderen den Abwasch oder Müll erledigen lassen.
