in einem schönen netten ungewöhnlichen Hausprojekt mit 22 Wohnungen, einem kleinen Café und einen Garten in Berlin Mitte/Tiergarten wohnen wir. Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin.
Es ist eine gute Hausgemeinschaft, wo einige gelegentlich etwas gemeinsam unternehmen. In meiner Wohnung in Altbauhöhe von 90 m2 mit Aufzug und Wohnküche mit Südbalkon vermiete ich ein super helles sonniges möbliertes Zimmer von 22 m2 mit Internetanschluss für 400 €, welches vom 03.03. bis 01.10.2018. vermietet wird. Es hat Parkett und Lehmputz wovon ich Fotos gerne per Mail sende.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus U-Bahn und S-Bahn.
Ein Supermarkt und eine historische Markthalle sind in der Nähe.

Wir liegen verkehrsgünstig weil es nur 4 Min zur U9 Birkenstraße und wir eine Busstation zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt sind. Sowohl S-Bellevue und S-Ring Westhafen sind in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Spreeufer, an dem man im Grünen entlag laufen kann, sind es nur 800 m und zum Tiergarten 10 Min Fußweg.
Ein großer Edeka-Markt ist direkt am Straßenende und zur historischen Arminius-Makthalle sind auch nur paar Schritte.
