Da meine Mitbewohnerin ausziehen wird, ist ab 1.Juli.2015 ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung frei.
Zur Wohnung: hierbei handelt es sich um eine 80m² große Wohnung, Hinterhaus 4. Etage.
Sie ist sehr hell und ruhig, in der Wohnung sind Dielen verlegt und das Bad (Vollbad) wurde vor meinem Einzug vor 4 Jahren komplett neu saniert (mit Fenster). Die restliche Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche (möbliert) und 2 Zimmern.
Das ca. 25 m² große, helle und ruhige Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Öffentliche Anbindung:
- 10 Min S-Bahn Beusselstr. (Ringbahn)
- 5 Min Bus 106 und 123
- 10 Min Bus M 27
- 15 Min U-Bahn U 9
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
- REWE, Rossmann, McPaper und diverse Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist, dass du ordentlich bist und auf Sauberkeit achtest.
Zusammen mit mir wohnt meine Hündin Ria in der Wohnung. Sie ist ein sehr ruhiger und freundlicher Hund. Es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass du tierlieb bist.
Die Wohnküche kann gerne für gemeinsame Koch- und Fernsehabende genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet!!!
