Ich vermiete ein gemütliches kleines Zimmer in meiner sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral in Hauptbahnhofnähe gelegenen Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte/ Moabit, Bochumer Straße, an einen ruhigen und ordentlichen Menschen ohne Haustiere, vom 9.7.2023 bis ca. 31.8.2023 (Auszugsdatum flexibel).
Das helle, möblierte Zimmer ist 9m2 groß plus 3m2 Hochbett (es gibt aber auch ein normales Bett). Es ist zum ruhigen Innenhof hin gelegen und befindet sich neben der gemeinsam genutzten Küche. Die Miete beträgt 500 € warm, inklusive Mitnutzung von Esszimmer, Küche, Bad, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Heizung, GEZ, WLAN, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spree und zum Tiergarten, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit mehreren Cafes und Kneipen, vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Bioladen), sowie sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: je 5 min. Fußweg zur U Turmstraße und U Hansaplatz (U9), je 10 min. zur S- Bahn Bellevue und S-Bahn Tiergarten. Mit dem Bus 245 ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Die TU und die Charite sind ebenfalls nahegelegen.
Ich selber bin 57 Jahre alt, Vegetarierin und von Beruf Architektin und Naturpädagogin. Im Winter gebe ich Eislaufunterricht für Kinder und Erwachsene. Ich freue mich auf eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in- gerne ordnungs- und ruheliebend :-)

I am renting out a cozy little room in my apartment in a very quiet and yet central area of Berlin-Mitte / Moabit, Bochumer Straße, to a working, nonsmoking woman without pets.
The furnished room is 9m2 big plus 3m2 loft bed (there is also a normal bed). If necessary, I can provide a bigger desk as can be seen in the photos.
The bright room is located towards the quiet courtyard. The rent is € 400 , including all bils, including joint use of dining room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, GEZ, Wi-Fi, towels, linens.
I myself am 57 years old, vegetarian, an architect and nature educator by profession. During wintertime I give ice skating lessons for children and adults. I am looking forward to a nice, calm and tidy flatmate.
Location close to River Spree and Tiergarten Park, quiet residential area with several cafes, bars and shops (including health food store) and very good access to public transport: 5 min. walk to the underground U Hansaplatz or U Turmstraße (U9), 10 min. to S- Bahn S Bellevue or S Tiergarten.
By bus the central station is only a short drive away. TU university and Charite are also nearby.
