Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin fuer das groessere Zimmer (ca. 18m2) in meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer kann voll mitbenutzt und umgestaltet werden falls gewuenscht. Ich wohne derzeit in England und komme nur jeden zweiten Monat fuer ein paar Tage nach Berlin.
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus in der unteren Kastanienallee, nach Postleitzahl Mitte aber Grenze Prenzlauerberg. Die Tram faehrt direkt vorm Haus, U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz ist 5 min zu Fuss. Bahnhof 20 min mit der Tram.
Da ich fast nie da bin wird es sich wie Deine Wohnung anfuehlen. Ich wohne in England und bin nur alle 2-3 Monate fuer ein paar Tage da. Daher habe ich diese Wohnung auch als 1 Zimmer Wohnung gelistet. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist seht nett, nie aufrdinglich aber immer hilfsbereit und alle Mieter wohnen dort schon viele Jahre.
Es gibt einen Keller und Fahrradkeller.
