Das große Schlafzimmer hat 24 qm und ist sehr hell. Die zwei Fenster sind zur Strasse gerichtet, diese ist jedoch sehr ruhig. Es gibt Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, halt alles was man so braucht und auch einige Pflanzen (und sogar ein Aquarium mit vier kleinen Fischen).
Die Wohnung ist extrem zentral gelegen mit guten Verbindungen. Die U-Bahn-Stationen Rosenthaler Platz (U9) und Rosa-Luxenburg-Platz (U2) sind in ca. 6 Minuten und Senefelder Platz (U2) in ca. 9 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem gibt es auch sämtichle Büsse und Trams (M8, M1, M12). Man kommt also überall schnell hin.
Das Viertel hat mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars auch ein gutes Nachtleben. Der Weinbergspark ist auch um die Ecke.
Meine zwei Mitbewohner, Hannah und Andrej sind Studenten in Biologie und Biophysik am Ende ihres Bachelors. Sie sind sehr nett, offen und eher ruhig. Sie können auch beide mehrere Sprachen also kann man sich immer verstehen.
Das Zimmer ist vom 27. Juli bis Ende August frei.
Es wäre toll, wenn man sich um meine Fische kümmern würde, dass heisst eigentlich einfach einmal am Tag füttern.
