Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I will be moving out soon.
POSSIBLE DATES FOR YOU TO MOVE IN:
Between 01.06 (preferred) and 15.06 (latest possible)
Rent includes:
- ALL bills
- WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE for the whole apartment, including your room
- Very fast INTERNET (no issues at all with streaming Netflix, watching YouTube, etc)
- ZDF/TV tax, the agency pays it for the whole building
- "Community Managers" available over WhatsApp/e-mail, they are your contact person in case anything in the apartment breaks, stops working, or needs to be replaced. You don't have to handle anything yourself, just write to the agency and they send a technician to fix the issue.
Important:
- The contract is unlimited, you can stay as long as you like
- The contract comes with a MINIMUM DURATION OF 6 MONTHS. The company that owns the building will NOT accept a shorter contract.
- The room is for one person only, no couples.
- We are an English-speaking WG, so message me in English please ;)
The room is FULLY FURNISHED, as is the rest of the apartment. All of the furniture belongs to the place so everything you see in the pictures (including the TV) will be here for you when you move in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, etc, also come with the place.
Basically, you just have to bring your clothes, everything else you'll need is already here. If you're interested, drop me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
The building is located in north-west Mitte, with good transport links available in the area.
The U6 (tube) station Schwarzkopffstr. is just a few minutes away, and the bus 120 is just around the corner and takes you to Hauptbahnhof in under 10 minutes, which connects to 5 S-Bahn (Overground) lines, 1 U-Bahn, 12 busses, and many regional trains that will take you almost anywhere in Germany, as well as a few international destinations.
In the vicinity there is an Edeka Sapphire supermarket, a decently sized park for you to enjoy during the summer, and an ice skating rink just across the street, which will re-open during winter.
You'll be replacing me (25, bartender) and living with three other guys. Two of them work in IT and the other is a makeup artist. Everyone is pretty busy and has their own schedule, so most of the time living here feels like living alone in your own place.
