Hi there!
The available room is around 10 sqm, and comes with a big bed and various other IKEA furniture. There's also a desk and an office chair for work and/or studies.
The apartment's access to the balcony is through this room, and since the balcony is shared space it's important that our new flatmate is comfortable with balancing privacy with a general open-door policy. Sharing the balcony hasn't been a problem in the past - it's easy with a bit of communication and mutual respect :)
Die Strelitzer Strasse ist eine friedliche, schöne und saubere Wohngegend. Begibt man sich aus der Wohnung und läuft ca. 1 Minute nach Nordost, befindet man sich im Herzen des Brunnenviertels mit allem was man so braucht (und noch vielem mehr). Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Bioladen, Apotheken, Friseure, Antikbuchläden, Ärzte, Spätis, ein Solarium, Co-working spaces, Geldautomaten, Fahrradgeschäfte, ein Yoga Studio, verrauchte Eckkneipen, Bäckereien und authentisch massenproduzierte Berliner Mauer-Souvenirs gibt es in der Bernauer Strasse und Brunnenstrasse zur Genüge - ebenso gute U-Bahn und Tram Anbindungen.
Your flatmates would be Lena, Hanna and Jan - all of whom are working (partially from home).
You may see in the pictures that the apartment has been severely influenced by the people living here. We welcome more creativity! But we still need to keep the common areas organised and tidy, and help each other keeping our living space clean. There is indeed a Putzplan here! :)

We're looking for someone with a similar work/life balance who would like to contribute to a nice WG atmosphere where we can continuously keep the flat social, welcoming, warm, clean & organised.
