Hallo liebe Leute,
ich ( Stefan, 31 Jahre, aus Wien ) vermiete mein 25m2 Zimmer für circa zwei Monate. Eingerichtet is es mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Kasten, Zimmerpflanzen und großer Komode. Die Fenster sind sehr groß, für eine gute Durchlüftung und viel Licht.
Die Lage ist echt super. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( U8, U6, Ringbahn ) sind alle 3-10 Minuten entfernt. Genauso wie Busse und Trams.
Restaurants, Cafes, Parks und Bars gibts es um die Ecke. Rosenthalerplatz ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. ( 5 mins )
Mitte ist auch eine sehr sichere Gegend, und auch sauber.
Geteilt wird die Wg 2 Personen aus Spanien und Frankreich.
Die Atmosphere in der WG ist harmonisch. Es gibt viel Respekt und good vibes. Abends sitzen wir oft zusammen und plaudern.
Wir legen wir sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Lautstärke!
Die Kaution sollte vor dem Einziehen bezahlt werden.

Hey everybody,
I ( Stefan, 31, from Vienna, Austria ) am subletting my room for roughly two month. Its furnished with a table, bed, chest of drawers, plants and a wardrobe. The windows are very big, which brings a lot of light and a good air circulation.
The area Mitte ( central ) is really nice. Public transport ( U8, U6, Ringbahn ) you can reach within 3-10 minutes. Theres loads of bars, cafes, parks and restaurant literally around the corner. Rosenthalerplatz is like 5 mins away from here.
Its also a very safe and clean area.
U gonna share the WG 2 persons, from Spanien and France.
The atmosphere of the WG is harmonic. Theres a lot of respect and good vibes. In the evening were often sitting together, having a chat.
Cleanliness and noise is very important to us.
The deposit should be paid before moving in.
