I am offering a double-room in my apartment by Rosenthaler Platz. The main room is 23 square meters and has a balcony overlooking the courtyard, and an adjacent 17 square meters room. The rooms face west and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. As the whole building is completely renovated in 2016/17, the windows are soundproof so you don't have to worry about noise.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. If you wish to buy the furniture from the previous renter (see pictures for room 1 and 2), the cost is 600 euros.
The rooms must be rented together for a single person (no couples please).
Ich biete ein Doppelzimmer in meiner Wohnung am Rosenthaler Platz an. Das Hauptzimmer ist 23 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof, sowie ein angrenzendes 17 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind nach Westen ausgerichtet und erhalten tagsüber viel Sonnenlicht. Da das gesamte Gebäude 2016/17 komplett renoviert wurde, sind die Fenster schalldicht, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen über Lärm machen müssen.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Wenn du die Möbel vom vorherigen Mieter kaufen möchtest (siehe Bilder für Zimmer 1 und 2), beträgt der Preis 600 Euro.
Die Zimmer müssen zusammen von einer einzelnen Person gemietet werden (bitte keine Paare).
Rosenthaler Platz is one of the most lively and stylish neighborhoods in Berlin. The flat is about 3 minutes away from the station U Rosenthaler Platz by foot, and 2 minutes away from the tramlines M8 and 12. There is a large supermarket Rewe just around the corner, as well as an organic supermarket Bio Company. Within 500 meter radius you will find: two wine shops, three spätis, a french bakery, a bike shop, two dry cleaners, a gallery, a florist, a ice-cream shop, a bubble tea, and numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants. The Weinbergspark is just across from the street from the flat, which is a great place to hang out with friends and take a walk.
Rosenthaler Platz ist eines der lebendigsten und stilvollsten Viertel Berlins. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station U Rosenthaler Platz entfernt und 2 Minuten von den Straßenbahnlinien M8 und 12. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein großer Rewe-Supermarkt sowie ein Bio-Supermarkt Bio Company. Innerhalb eines Radius von 500 Metern finden Sie: zwei Weinläden, drei Spätis, eine französische Bäckerei, einen Fahrradladen, zwei Reinigungen, eine Galerie, einen Blumenladen, ein Eiscafé, ein Bubble-Tea-Geschäft und zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Der Weinbergspark liegt direkt gegenüber der Straße von der Wohnung, was ein großartiger Ort ist, um mit Freunden abzuhängen und spazieren zu gehen.
This is a WG where we respect each other's privacy while still enjoy spending time with each other. The ideal flatmate is someone who has his/her independent life in Berlin but is open to some shared WG life as well.
The shared space in the flat includes a kitchen/ living room, a bathroom, and a guest WC. The kitchen is completely furnished with all the amenities you need - oven, electronic stove, dishwasher, laundry machine, refrigerator, microwave, and a large dining table. The main bathroom has two sinks, a separate shower, and a bathtub.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen on the balcony.
Dies ist eine WG, in der wir die Privatsphäre jedes Einzelnen respektieren, während wir trotzdem gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen. Der ideale Mitbewohner ist jemand, der sein eigenes unabhängiges Leben in Berlin führt, aber auch offen für ein gemeinsames WG-Leben ist.

Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine separate Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Das Rauchen ist in der Küche und auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
