Huhu, ich suche jemanden für mein Zimmer, während ich am Reisen bin :).
Generell liebe ich Natur, deshalb sind sehr viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung und glücklicherweise ist direkt gegenüber ein schöner Park mit Aussichtspunkt (Humboldthain)!
Die Wohnung ist wie gesagt sehr grün und auch stilvoll eingerichtet.
Wenn du bereits etwas Erfahrung mit Planzen hast, ist das ein Vorteil! Sind nicht besonders kompliziert, aber man muss sich halt regelmäßig kümmern.
Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in meinem Zimmer und hoffe du hast hier auch eine schöne Zeit!
Man kann Wäsche waschen und natürlich die Küche ganz normal mit nutzen.
Das Bad ist recht frisch renoviert und die Wohnung befindet sich für Berlin-Verhältnisse in hervorragendem Zustand.
Also wenn du Lust auf Berlin hast oder übergangsweise etwas brauchst..dann schreib mir einfach kurz wann du Zeit hast zu telefonieren/skypen ich mach mir gerne möglichst "persönlich" ein Bild von Menschen, wenn du in Berlin bist lass gerne auf ein Kaffee/Bierchen treffen :)

Huhu, I'm looking for someone to stay in my room while I'm traveling :)
I generally love nature, so there are a lot of plants in the apartment and luckily there is a nice park with a viewpoint (Humboldthain) right across the street!
As I said, the apartment is very green and also tastefully furnished.
If you already have some experience with plants, that's an advantage! They're not particularly complicated, but you just have to look after them regularly.
I feel very comfortable in my room and hope you have a good time here too!
You can do your laundry and of course use the kitchen as normal.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and the apartment is in excellent condition by Berlin standards.
So if you feel like coming to Berlin or need something for a while...just write me when you have time to call/skype and I'll be happy to get to know you personally, if you're in Berlin let's meet for a coffee/beer :)
Man muss kaum Treppen laufen und ist wirklich perfekt angebunden (U8, S-Bahn, Ringbahn, Busse)
Der beliebte Mauerpark ist quasi um's Eck und der Humboldthain Park ist wirklich genau gegenüber.
Im Park ist sogar ein Aussichtsturm (Flakturm) und ein Schwimmbad.
Vor dem Haus (Hochstr.) sind einige Parkplätze mit Öffis oder Fahrrad ist man aber generell besser bedient :)
Es gibt viele sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Denn's, Aldi, Lidl, Penny) und auch ein einige gute günstige Restaurants/Imbisse.
Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Alba zusammenleben während ich am Reisen bin :)
Alba ist viel unterwegs und arbeitet Vollzeit, ich bin mir aber sicher, dass du dich sehr gut mit ihr verstehen wirst!
Ach ja, sie spricht nur Spanish und Englisch :)
