Ich bin selbst erst Anfang September in die Wohnung eingezogen. Diese wurde komplett von mir möbliert und ausgestattet.
Ich selbst arbeite in der Startup-Welt und studiere nebenbei.
Beide Zimmer haben einen Arbeitsplatz und die Wohnung ist mit Highspeed Internet ausgestattet, Homeoffice ist also kein Problem.
Ich bin ein umtriebiger Mensch und viel unterwegs, deswegen möchte ich es zuhause eher gemütlich und ruhiger haben.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer.
Ich selbst bin ein sehr ordentlicher Mensch und lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, das erwarte ich auch von Dir.
