The room is available to rent for the months of March and April.
It is possible to arrive a few days earlier and stay a few days later, if necessary.
I will be out of town from 2-19 March, so the whole flat will be yours alone for those weeks, and then I will return and we share the space (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom) in April. I am the main renter, and I have somebody confirmed to move in the second week of May.
The flat is located very centrally in the heart of Berlin Mitte - it is less than 5 minutes walking to the tram, bus, and U bahn, and less than 10 minutes walking to the S bahn.
Smoking of tobacco is not permitted.
As I do not collect a deposit, please be open to provide a work contract or bank statement.
English or Japanese preferred, German is also ok.
