Nähe Arkonaplatz in einem relativ ruhigen Hof befindet sich die Wohnung im 4.OG ohne Aufzug. Das Zimmer ist wirklich klein, hat aber einen eigenen Eingang im Treppenhaus, Fenster und Heizung. Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tischchen und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Gegenüber ist meine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche. Du kannst beides nutzen, aber möglichst ohne zu kochen.
Du findest alles was du brauchst um die Ecke: ÖPNV, Kneipen, Cafés, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Späti..
Ich bin Ende 50, gehe arbeiten, ernähre mich vegetarisch und suche eine Frau die z.B. pendelt und regelmäßig für ein paar Tage im Monat eine Bleibe in Berlin sucht.
Ich hab es gern sauber und ordentlich, ruhig und freundlich :)

Near Arkonaplatz in a relatively quiet courtyard, the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift. The room is really small but has its own entrance in the stairwell, window and heating. Bed, cupboard, shelf, table and chair are available. Opposite is my apartment with bathroom and kitchen. You can use both, but if possible without cooking.
You'll find everything you need around the corner: public transport, pubs, cafés, supermarket, bakery, late night...
I'm in my mid-50s, go to work, eat vegetarian food and am looking for a woman who commutes, for example, and is regularly looking for a place to stay in Berlin for a few days every month.
I like it clean and tidy, quiet and friendly :)
