My bright, east facing room is part of a beautiful maisonette apartment located close to Rosenthaler Platz. The apartment is located very central yet it's quiet and peaceful. The room has it's own terrace facing the serene garden and is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and dresser. The clean, modern apartment is airy with a lot of open space, plants and two floors. The whole apartment has floor heating, a fully equipped, open kitchen with balcony and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and bath tub.
The apartment is located in walking distance to Rosenthaler Platz from where you can take the U8 which connects you to Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Conveniently located at the boarder of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg you can enjoy the best of both worlds - great restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, cafes, Mauerpark and Weinbergspark around the corner.
You will live together with my best friend who is a Museum Studies graduate and is currently working in fashion. We like to cook together and invite friends for dinners and drinks. Since she is not working from home, this apartment is well suited for remote working with fast internet and several work spots. I personally enjoy working upstairs at the desk in the morning and moving downstairs to the dinner table in the afternoon.
I will work abroad for a month and a half and therefore I'm looking for a sublet for this period to water my plants and enjoy our warm and welcoming home.
