Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit angrenzenden Balkon (Süd-West), eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein schönes, geräumiges Badezimmer. In der Wohnung findest du alles was du brauchst.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist somit sehr helll und liegt an einer eher ruhigeren Straße.

The room has two large windows and is therefore very bright and is located on a rather quiet street.
Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Mitte und alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Diverse Restaurants, Shops, Supermärkte, Sportangebote und ein kleiner Park direkt um die Ecke.
Zentrale Lage, U2 und M8 (Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) 2 Minuten entfernt. Weinmeisterstraße (U8) 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem weniger als 10 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.

Du wirst mit Florian zusammen leben und ihr teilt euch das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer mit angrenzenden Balkon. Flo ist ein sehr offener, kommunikativer Mitbewohner, der dir aber auch den nötigen Freiraum lässt den du brauchst. Er ist in den letzten 3 Jahren von meinem Mitbewohner zu einem echt guten Freund geworden. (Wir sind beide ein wenig traurig, dass ich ausziehe.)
Seine Zeit verbringt er abwechselnd im Büro, beim Sport, im Klub oder häufiger auch mal länger unterwegs auf Reisen. Da seine Freundin auch eine Wohnung in der Nähe hat, verbringt er auch gerne mal 2-3 Tage in der Woche dort oder sie sind ab und an auch gemeinsam in der WG.
Neben den ganzen Standard Dingen (offene Kommunikation, ähnliches Verständnis von Sauberkeit, gegenseitig Raum respektieren,…) wäre es super, wenn du auch einen geregelten Alltag hast.

You will live together with Florian and share the common living room with an adjacent balcony. Flo is a very open, communicative flatmate who also gives you the space you need. He has gone from being my flatmate to a really good friend over the last 3 years. (We are both a little sad that I am moving out).
He spends his time alternately at the office, doing sports, going to the club or more often travelling for longer periods of time. Since his girlfriend also has a flat nearby, he also likes to spend 2-3 days a week there or they are sometimes together in the shared flat.
Apart from all the standard things (open communication, similar understanding of cleanliness, respecting each other's space,...) it would be great if you also have a regular daily routine.
