Short Term Sub-Rent in Mitte: 30 sqm room in the center of Berlin
Hello,
I will be back in my hometown for some days, so I'll be sub-renting my room in a lovely apartment in a very central location.
The room is about 30 sqm, with large windows overlooking a lively, yet tranquil shopping street in the center of Berlin, Mitte.
Period: 24 February - 15 April (We can discuss the dates to make the proper arrangements) 🗓️
Rent: €1225 warm for the whole period of 50 days (Can be arranged depending on the days)
Deposit: €400 (Which will be entirely returned if there are no damages)
Since it is a short term rent, the Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible 🥺
Also, no pets are allowed unfortunately.
The room and apartment are equipped with everything you need: wardrobe, kitchen utensils, couch, tv, bed, dishwasher, spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower curtain, washing machine etc. So you will not necessarily have to bring anything. We even have a shared garden, where you can relax when the weather is nice.
The area is lively and very beautiful, but at the same time our street is nice and quiet during night time. You will find everything you need in terms of utilities in a very small radius (späti, supermarket, coffeehouse right in our building, etc.) and you are surrounded by some of Berlin's most beautiful boutiques and shops. We have 2 different U-bahn lines in a radius of 200m (U8, U2).
We are a WG of two people, your flatmate will be Leonard, who is a super chilled and respectful guy from Barcelona. Our flat share is usually really calm, silent and calm, so we would expect the same from you as well. Of course we enjoy chatting and sharing too :)
PS: Our landlord also has a room, but he lives in Thailand. There is a slight chance that he might be also in Berlin during those days. His name is Marco, he is a film director and he is a nice person as well :)
