Da ich für ung. 4 Monate für einen Job nach Dresden ziehen muss, miete ich mein Zimmer unter. Es ist voll möbliert mit großem Bett, Schränken, Regalen, Schreibtisch etc. und frei vom 1.10.23 bis zum 31.01.24. Genaue Auszugsdaten können wir ja gerne besprechen.
Du wohnst in einer klassischen Altbauwohnung mit wunderschönem Dielenboden und hohen Decken.
Falls du noch Umzugskartons oder anderen Kram hast, gibt es auch einen Storage Room.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen, sodass man vom Trubel der belebten Turmstraße nichts mitbekommt. Also win win: Man ist schnell mitten im Geschehen und kann trotzdem selig schlafen. Ein Nachteil aber: es wäre leider keine Anmeldung möglich.
Moabit ist ein Berliner Kiez, Touris findet ihr hier kaum. Viele türkischstämmige Menschen wohnen in der Umgebung, sodass es direkt nebenan tolle türkische Supermärkte gibt und nach einem Döner musst du nie lange suchen.
Es ist eher ruhig, mit einigen kleinen tollen Bars und ausgezeichneten Cafés, und sehr gut angebunden.

Hello Berlin!
Since I need to temporatily move to Dresden for a job, I'm subleting my room. It's fully furnished with wardrobe, shelves, big bed, desk, etc, and could be yours from Oct. 1st, 2023 untill January 31st, 2024. We can also discuss moving-out dates later on.
You'd live in a spacious flat with the typical Berlin "Altbau" style, high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor.
There's a big store room as well in case you need to store boxes or anything.
The flat is situated at Turmstraße with all the stores you could want within walking distance. Because the flat is in the back house it's quiet despite the proximity to the hustle and bustle, allowing you to get a peaceful night's sleep - win win! A con: it's not possible for you to register at the city hall with this address.
Moabit is a Berlin Kiez with hardly any tourists, meaning you'll get an authentic experience. Lots of turkish and arabic families live here, so there are heaps of fabulous Turkish supermarkets and you'll never have to look far for a kebab.
It's a lot quieter than Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain, but there are a couple of excellent hipster bars and cafes and it's super well connected with several bus lines, the U9 and the Ringbahn all within walking distance.
In 7min spaziert ihr zur U-Bahn und seit mit der U9 perfekt angebunden. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen, die S-Bahn ist 15min Fußweg entfernt. Der Tiergarten ist ebenfalls nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zur Spree lauft ihr 10 min.

A 7 min walk takes you to the subway, the S-Bahn is a 15min walk away and right in front of the house are several bus stops, among them the TXL bus that takes you to central station in a mere 10 min. If you long for some greenery, Tiergarten is right around the corner and after 10 min of walking you reach the Spree.
Du würdest für die Zeit mit Laura (macht gerade eine Psychotherapeutinausbildung) und Viktoria (Sozialarbeiterin) zusammenleben. Wir freuen uns immer in der Küche zu schnacken oder einen Kaffee zusammen zu trinken.
Wichtig wäre mir, dass ihr zuverlässig und ordentlich seid. Ansonsten sind wir super unkompliziert und freuen uns auf neue Leute. :)

You'd share a flat with Laura (currently in a formation to become a Psychotherapist) and Viktoria (Social worker). We are always happy to have a chat in the kitchen or drink some Coffee together.
It's important to me that you're reliable and clean up after yourselves. Besides that we're super chill and excited to meet some new people :)
