The room is located in the last floor and is south facing, perfect for the winter. It really captures the maximum sunlight possible.
The room is very confortable, and one can easily work from home here, if desired or necessary.
The bed is really good (I like it, the previous person who as here didn't like is as much) and has a very good working desk. A wardrobe will be at disposal to you.
The apartment is located in the last floor. I has an external area as well as access to the rooftop. The external area is something we rarely use, especially now that is winter
It certainly feels very warm and cozy. The bathroom is huge, with a bath, and has all the utensils one may need.
My flatmate Tobi is super easy going. He's very relaxed and nice to talk to, a real gentlemen. He's a bouldering instructor (absolute loves bouldering) and spends most of his time outside. Apart from work, he loves board games and playing chess. I'd say that he's a very sensible person in the best sense of the word.
The dog in the pictures (Teddy :D super cute) is here every other week and is super calm, he absolutely doesn't impact the cleanliness of the place. And I don't recall of ever hearing him barking.
Life here is quite chill. One can people over, as long as the person has the good sense of not being a party animal inside the apartment.
The location is excellent. The place is:
- 1 min by foot to S Oranienburger Strasse (S2, S25). If you need to get the S5, then you are one stop away from Friedriechstrasse.
- 1 min by from from tram lines M4, M5
- 3 min by foot the the U9
- 12 min by foot from Rosenthaler Platz
- There is a Rewe right in front o the apartment.
- Closest farmacy is 3 min away.
- There are plenty options to choose from for dining, from the simplest donner to the fancy restaurants.
