Ich vermiete ein Zimmer unter für die Zeit in der ich im Urlaub bin. Es ist groß und möbliert mit einem Bett und Ablagefläche. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad mit Badewanne (das Bad ist allerdings klein). Du wirst dir die Wohnung noch mit 2 anderen MitbewohnerInnen teilen.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Lehrter Straße, dort fahren der M27 sowie der 142 und der 123er Bus. Außerdem kann man in etwa 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof laufen oder zum S-U-Bahnhof Wedding oder der U-Reinickendorfer Straße.
Es gibt in 5 Minuten Laufnähe einen Netto, 10 Minuten Laufnähe einen Lidl und Baumarkt sowie einige Imbissmöglichkeiten und Spätis. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das WG Leben wird für die Zeit eine kurze bunte Mischung, da ich meine Zimmer untervermiete.

Ich werde eine geringe Kaution erheben, und ansonsten sind meine Nachbarn eng mit mir befreundet und könnten dir bei allem helfen, wenn etwas kurzfristig ansteht. Wobei eigentlich alles läuft... :) Mir ist es wichtig, dass mit meinen Sachen sorgsam umgegangen wird und bei Auszug wieder in den Orginalzustand versetzt wird.
