Hello!
I am leaving my tiny, cosy room and need someone to take it over/keep my roommates company.
First things first: yes, it is long term. Yes, you can have Anmeldung.
The room is small, but manageable. i’ve lived here for 2 years even. There is a closet right outside of the room, in the hallway, that is also available to put stuff, and there is hooks and a piece of furniture outside of the room for jackets and shoes. The room is on the bottom floor of the apartment, so you have to go upstairs for the kitchen and the bathroom.
Most of the pictures are of the room the way I have it, I also put one picture of the room when I got it. You can see the different options: a big bed, a loft bed, a one-person bed, etc. ;)
There is 4 big rooms and 2 small rooms in the WG, which gives the possibility to move to a bigger room if you want, when someone else moves out.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and a dishwasher under the sink.
If the deposit is to high, you can make use of a Mietbürgschaft to lower it.
The WG is located in Moabit, in the Lübeckerstrasse. This means that the M10 is literally 3 minutes walking, at the end of the street. The M10 goes past Hauptbahnhof (10 min.), Mauerpark (25 min.) all the way to Warschauerstrasse.
It’s also right in between U Turmstrasse and U Birkenstrasse (U9), close to S Westhafen (Ringbahn) and S Bellevue (3,5,7,9). Basically whole Berlin inside of the ring is accessible within 30 mins.
We’re a lively, international, flatshare. This house works for people who are okay with occasional house parties, smoking, alcohol etc. There is also enough respect to eachother taking their own space of course.
The flat is full of DIYS, possibilities to decorate and improve.

I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP after I’ve moved (10.01.2024), and pay me back 2/3rd of my rent for January, and take over the contract from 01.02.2024!
