One of the rooms is spacious and furnished, it has a double bed, a couch that stretches as a bed, a table, hanger for clothes and a closet. Big window and nice view of the nearest park.
The second room is a small 9 mts which i use for studying and working, it is a small studio with a desk chair and a shelf.
There is also a Balkon available!
The appartment is located in Moabit, a pretty central neighborhood of Berlin, 10 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof (Central train station). Theres everything you would need around, and there is plenty of transportation possibilities, U bahn, Sbahn, Ring Bahn and Tram. The nearest station of tram is only 2 minutes away from the appartment,.
In the WG lives my roommate who is an artist, she is absolutely nice person, there is also the cat which we love a lot. We would prefer if you would also be inclined to be careful and lovely with the cat, and that you even sometimes would be willing to take care of her when my roommate is not home, that means basically serve her one time food a day. The cat is super sympathetic and is always wanting to give you love and company.
It is expected a responsible person that can be trusted, a thoughtful person that has in mind the existence of the roommate and cat, we dont have a cleaning plan because we trust in each other and do the cleaning out of mere self care.
