Das Zimmer hat Dielenboden und ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Tisch).
Die Mitbewohner arbeiten beide und sind selten da. WG-Sprachen sind Englisch und Deutsch.

The room is pretty big and fully furnished. The flatmates (one German and one Italian) both work and speak English. You can also rent for a shorter period of time, just ask.
Ruhige Lage, aber zentral: Gute Verkehrsanbindungen (U Turmstr., 123, 245, M27 und TXL zum Hbf, zur HU und zur TU), tolle Einkaufsmöglichtkeiten (Biomarkt, Gemüsetürke, Penny und Kaisers, bis 24 Uhr),
Spree fußläufig erreichbar, Tiergarten ca. 7 Radminuten entfernt.
Quiet location but also centrally located, close to lots of buses (U Turmstr., 123, 245, M27 und TXL), metro and shops within a short walking distance.
Es gibt momentan nicht viel WG-Leben, da der eine ein paar Monate weg ist und der andere oft bei seiner Freundin ist. Ansonsten sind beide Mitbewohner aber offen und kommunikativ. Es ist eine freundliche Zweck-WG, jeder macht sein Ding, aber man quatscht auch mal, wenn man sich trifft.
Currently not too much WG-life, as the flatmates are not around that much, but when they are, they are nice and like a chat. Everybody does their own thing, but is also helpful and friendly and ready to share advice or a chat.
Die Kaution kann in Raten gezahlt werden, sie wird nach Auszug innerhalb von 4 Wochen zurückerstattet, wenn alles heil geblieben ist.
