Mein Zimmer habe ich nie genau ausgemessen, müsste aber so 15qm groß sein und gut geschnitten. Wie ihr auf den Bildern seht sind Palettenbett, Schreibtisch, Kommode und genügend Deko vorhanden und ich würde behaupten, für eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre ist auf jeden Fall gesorgt. Bedingung ist aber, dass du mindestens einmal in der Woche meine Pflanzen gießt! :)
To be honest, I never really measured my room, but I guess It should be about 15m² and well designed. As you can see in the photos it consists of my bed, a desk, a commode and pretty much decoration i I´d dare to say that the comfort-factor does definitely not miss. But please mind: Condition for you to move into that room is watering my plants at least once a week! ;)
Die Wohnung ist ca. 4-5 Gehminuten von der Ringbahnhaltestelle Beusselstraße gelegen, an sonsten gehts in die andere Richtung innerhalb der selben Zeit zur Bushaltestelle Beußelstraße/Turmstraße, und nochmal 10min weiter bist du an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Turmstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du also dementsprechend mehr als genug und vor Spätis kannst du dich kaum retten! Dank unserer guten Fenster ist es trotz des alltäglichen Trubels ruhig in unserer Wohnung und du kannst entspannen wann immer du willst.
It takes you more or less 5 walking minutes to get from the Apartment to the circular railway station Beusselstraße, otherwise you take the other direction and should arrive at the bus Station called Turmstraße/Beusselstraße within 5 minutes - and should you be sporty enough, you can care on walking up to the next Underground Station Turmstraße within more 8 minutes. Thus, there´s also enough Shopping facilities, since you live quite near to the bazar like Turmstraße - not to forget all the liquid Shops around here that only Close in the early morning. So: Yes, our district is busy, but thanks to our good windows don´t worry too much about noise. The proper street is nice and quiet.
Normalerweise wohnen hier Ronja (22, Studentin des Wirtschafsingeneurwesens), Yasin (21, Student des Maschinenbaus), Marco (22, Student der Physik) und als Exotin dann ich, Franzi (21, Studentin der Rehabilitationspädagogik). Da Ronja momentan ein Praktikum in Indien macht, ist Johanna (21) aus Finnland für sie eingezogen, die hier ihr Erasmus-Jahr macht. Und ich ziehe für eine Zeit lang nach Kapstadt! Unser WG kann gesellig sein, aber Kochabende und Unternehmungen finden eher selten statt, einfach des Alltags wegen - jeder hat seinen eigenen. Du wirst also wann immer du willst deine Ruhe haben, aber vereinsamen musst du trotzdem nicht! Achja, und keine Angst, wir achten im hohen Maße auf Ordnung und Sympathie :)
Normally our flat consists of Ronja (22, Student of Economical Engineering), Yasin (21, Student of mechanical Engineering), Marco (21, Student of physics) and me, Franzi (21, Student of Rehabilitation Pedagogy - Kind of the exotic haha). Ronja went to India for an internship, that´s why Johanna (21) from Finnland moved in; she´s doing her Erasmus year here in Belrin. And I personally will move to Cape Town for a while. We are sociable, but those cooking nights and WG events would not happen every Sunday - just due to everybody´s own daily life. Thus, if you want to be sociable: BE! And if you want to have your privacy: HAVE IT! But you won´t be lonely. And yes, we do care a lot about cleanliness, that´s why we established a cleaning plan in order to Keep it organised ;) !
Wie gesagt, Pflanzen gießen, ab und zu mal durchputzen und nicht randalieren oder umstellen, an sonsten hab ich nicht allzu große Erwartungen an dich. Wenn du mir sympathisch bist und ich dir, dann klappt das schon!
Well, as i already said: Sometimes you will have to clean either kitchen or bathroom or living room and water my plants, but as Long as you seem to be an open-minded and reliable person everything should work out nicely!
