Hello Hey Hallo there!
I will be renting my room because I will be traveling for 1 month and 11 days so you can enjoy my room and the WG at that time and please: Taking care my plants :) :). There are my babies :P
The room is completely furnished, has a beautiful wooden floor, and is very bright. There is a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and a big desk. My view is in the garden of the house so it is very quiet.
The apartment is cozy and perfectly located next to U bahn Station Turmstrasse. It has a complete kitchen, a biiiiggg living room and two bathrooms with a washing machine, which you can use whenever you want, of course!
We also have a balcony in the kitchen for hot days and you can only smoke there. It is not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is located at alt moabit strasse in Moabit next to the U bahn Station Turmstrasse(U8) . The neighborhood has everything you need. DM, bank, pharmacy, späti, döner etc PLUS the big shopping centre with Kaufland Supermarket inside and many shops are just from the other side of the street. There are also many options for food and my flatmates will give you the best tips.
It takes 1 minute to go to U bahn turmstrasse and 9 minutes to go to Hauptbahnhof by 245 bus or tram.
The river is 3 minutes on foot to go and have a walk there. It is really nice and you can rent a bike and explore Berlin ( there is also a bike shop 2 minutes from us where you can rent a bike)
We are a 4er WG . 2 men flatmates , Tizian and Marwin and one girl, Muriel.
Muriel from Switzerland is always active either for going running, biking, swimming or playing beachvolleyball. She will be excited if you want to join her. She will definitely be very helpful to you.
Tizian comes from Germany, he is doing his bachelor in politics in the university and he is the youngest at home but the most tall guy (2,08m) who brings smiles and positive energy. He likes listening to music, talking for all the daily and non-daily topics and he goes almost every day at gym.
Marwin comes from Germany, is also studying at the TU, is doing his Master's, and either studies or plays tennis or table tennis or goes out until the morning. His culinary specialty is Maultaschen, which he cooks at least once a week. He will certainly be happy if you share a few beers with him or go for a table tennis round in the park.
We like to spend time together and cook or going out. Our neighbours are also young people and they are also very sympathetic and sometimes we arrange things all togerher.
We are looking for a nice person who can take the room while I am gone for the while time period and taking care my plants :))
The price is per month all inclusive (800 euro) and then the 11 days will be 280 euro.
Just let me know a bit about you and your availability to come around and check the room or making a Whats-app video call. Please send a photo too of yourself to have a first impression about you :)
