Unsere WG ist eine schöne Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Sitzecke und großem Flur.
Dein Zimmer wird mindestens 18m2 haben und viel Platz für deine Entfaltung bieten. Es ist unmöbiliert, das heißt, du müsstest deine eigene Matratze und alles, was du sonst brauchst, besorgen. Wegen Tisch und Stuhl könnten wir auch eine Lösung finden, sag uns dann einfach Bescheid. Das Zimmer ist hell, genauso wie der Rest der WG.
Das Zimmer ist leider nur für April und May frei. Danach müssen wir alle die Wohnung verlassen.
Our shared flat is a nice apartment with a living room, kitchen with a sitting area and a large hallway.
Your room will have at least 18m2 and plenty of space for you and your stuff. It is unfurnished, which means you will have to get your own mattress and everything else you need. We could maybe find a solution for a table and a chair, just let us know if you would need that. The room is bright, just like the rest of the flat.
The rooms is only available for April and May, after that, we all need to leave the flat.
Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür und zur U Turmstraße und U Birkenstraße ist es nicht weit (unter 15 Min). Auch am Ring ist mensch recht fix (Westhafen) und für weite Reisen kann mensch auch einfach an den Hauptbahnhof laufen.
The bus leaves directly in front of the door and to the U Turmstraße and U Birkenstraße it is not far (under 15 min). Also the Ring is quite near (Westhafen) and for long journeys you can also simply walk to the main station.
Hier wohnen Ella und Marcel. Ella wohnt schon länger in der Wohnung, während Marcel am 1. April erst dabei ist. Wir studieren beide und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen beim kochen, diskutieren oder auch einfach draußen beim spazieren.
Ein offener Umgang und gute Kommunikation ist uns wichtig und die WG ist für uns nicht nur eine Wohnung, sondern auch ein Zuhause, wo sich alle wohlfühlen sollten. Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass wir uns rücksichtsvoll verhalten und die Pandemie ernst nehmen.
You will live with Ella and Marcel. Ella is living here since Oktober and Marcel just moved in. We're both still going to university and we like to spend time together cooking or going for a walk around Moabit.
A caring together and good communication is important to us and the flat is for not only an apartment for us, but also a home, where everyone should feel comfortable. Therefore, it is important for us to behave considerately and take the pandemic seriously.
