A large furnished room (17m^2) in a 3-person shared flat available from the 1st of August 2021. All equipped - bed, wardrobe, desk. The large white mirror and the office chair is mine - but I can leave them here for you if needed :) The kitchen is also fully equipped (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine).
The perfect location makes this flat unique. You only need a 10-minute walk Bellevue or Tiergarten S-Bahn stations (S3, S5, S7, S9). Less than 10 minutes walk to the U-Bahn station Hansaplatz (U9). Bus 106 at the foot of the flat (station Solingerstr.).
In front of the flat, there is an Edeka. Otherwise, Turmstr with all kinds of shops is only a 10-minute walk away.
In the flat there are currently two guys - both French. One of them is 30 years old and just moved in, will stay for a longer time. The other one (28 yo.) is planning to move out by the end of July.
I (a girl from Poland) am leaving the flat towards the end of July, so the room will be available from the 1st of August.
For the long term only.

All of the costs (also Internet and Rundfunkbeitrag) are included in the rent, which is 483€.
I really enjoyed living in the flat, but I am returning to my homeland - that's why I am moving out. :)
