Hi everyone,
I'm leaving my room and looking for someone who takes over my contract for about 1 month and a half (from July 20th to September 1st, with some flexibility). Unfortunately, there won't be the chance to extend the contract.
It can be useful for people who want to move to Berlin and need a place to stay here and arrange visits to long-term flats (that was how I managed to move to this city).
The room is not very big but definitely cheap. It's bright all day as it's south-exposed. It comes with basic furniture (a bed, a set of shelves, a small desk). It's very silent as the flat is in the courtyard.
You'll share the flat (1 kitchen and 1 bathroom) with 3 nice guys: Kit (a martial arts expert and jazz music lover); Marcelle (deejay and bike-rider), Dimitri (crypto-currencies expert and hiking lover). They all work, Dimitri is studying and working. They like hangin out together in the kitchen and share some food and drinks, but it's not mandatory. They're very respectful and chill, I bet you'll have a very relaxed time with them. And if you want to propose them sth to do (trips to lakes sports, games...) you'll probably find someone who joins :)
