I'm renting out the fully furnished second room in my flat.
The Flat is on the 4th Floor and has a non barrier free elevator
The room is furnished with a Desk, Couch, Bed, side board and a small wardrobe.
The is a little space for some of your furniture too, but not much!
The room is facing the backyard of our house with the desk just placed in front of the of the
window!
The flat is in a quiet area 5 Minutes walk from U-Bahnhof Birkenstraße and around 10 min to S-Bahnhof Westhafen.
Birkenstraße Kiez offers everything you might need: Supermarkets, restaurants, a few nice bars, bakery etc.
Even it is a quite area, the next bar is just 1 minute away and the ZKU can be reached within 200 m.
So best out of both worlds. Quiet and calm living, but bars, culture and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.
Turmstraße and Armenius Markthalle is just 10 minutes walk with an even bigger variety of shops.
