We're looking for a quiet working flatmate for our spacious renovated 3-bedroom WG (Anmeldung possible)
The room is about 20 sqm in size. It comes with a queen bed, 1 big wardrobe + mirror, a small dresser, and table and chair. The room faces the backyard so it's quiet and gets moderate sunlight, shaded by trees.
In the flat, we have 1 spacious bathroom (with shower and washing machine), and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and a small dining table).
Our apartment is located on a relatively quiet street in bustling Neukölln at equal distance from Sonnenallee and Maybachufer with easy access to all the hip bars and coffee shops around (Wesestr. is just around the corner) and a small park just 1min away.
The area is well connected, you have a 2-3min walk to 2 different bus lines and a 8-10min walk to the U7. Lidl, Rewe, Netto, and DM are all within walking distance, with easy access to all the good food that Sonnenallee has to offer.
We are 2 working professionals in our 30s, one man from south africa and one woman from lebanon. We value a quiet and relaxed lifestyle and are looking for a responsible and considerate flatmate who shares similar values. We prioritize a peaceful living environment without excessive noise, smoke, or frequent parties.
What we're looking for:
