ich überlasse mein Zimmer vom 27.10.2023 bis zum 21.01.2024 zur Zwischenmiete. Mein Zimmer ist mit 28 qm sehr groß und durch die Lage zum Hinterhof schön ruhig. Ich würde die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Möbel drinlassen.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit einer weiteren, berufstätigen Person. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Die Küche ist geräumig und lädt für nette Gespräche ein. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock einer Altbauwohnung. Sie liegt kurz vor Rixdorf. Ein Späti befindet sich unten mit im Haus und auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht weit.
Busse fahren von der Sonnenallee ab und die nächste U-Bahnstation (Karl-Marx-Allee, U7) ist circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Miete sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten. Sowohl Online- als auch Vorort-Besichtiungen sind ab jetzt möglich.

Hello,
I leave my room from 27.10.2023 to 21.01.2024 for interim rent. My room is very large with 28 sqm and nice and quiet due to the location to the backyard. I would leave the furniture shown in the pictures inside.
You share the apartment with another working person. In the apartment itself there is everything you need for daily needs. The kitchen is spacious and invites for nice chats. There is bathtub in the bathroom.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building. It is located just before Rixdorf. A Späti is downstairs with in the house and also the next supermarket is not far. Buses leave from Sonnenallee and the nearest subway station (Karl-Marx-Allee, U7) is about 6 minutes walk away.
All costs are already included in the rent. Both online and on-site viewings are possible now.
