Hello there :) We are Cecile, Alex and Simon, our dear flatmate Simon is traveling and his room will be available from 23rd of October to 18th of November. We are looking for a new member to join our WG.
The building was built four years ago, has a very modern design and an excellent location, right on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, but with the tranquility of Alt-Treptow. It has space to store bicycles, garage and storage room. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator.
The room is fully furnished with queen-sized bed, a desk with an office chair.
The apartment has a huge living room with integrated kitchen and terrace with BBQ. Also bathroom with bathtub. Two more bedrooms, occupied by Cecile and Alex respectively. The apartment has everything you need to cook, plus several technological gadgets such as Alexa connected throughout the house (yes, you will be able to ask her to change the light in the living room to your favorite color, or to start the cleaning robot to clean the floors of the apartment), projector, stereo, DJ console for a party.
We also have board games, exercise equipment such as weights, and an inflatable boat to go for a ride on the canal on nice days :)
The neighborhood is located in Alt-Treptow, two minutes walk from Landwehrkanal, 20 minutes walk from S-Treptower Park, 18 minutes walk from U7 Rathaus Neukölln and several buses stops around. It is on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, so you can have the best of each neighborhood, but with the tranquility of Alt-Treptow. Nearby you can find Edeka and Netto, several restaurants, bars, hairdressers, different shops, a post office, späti, and even it is a few minutes away from some clubs. Being close to Maybachufer, we also have two Sundays a month the flea market and twice a week the Turkish market
You are going to live with Cecile and Alex. This apartment is very international, the main language is English, but you can also speak French with Cecile, who is from Provence or Portuguese with Alex, who is from Sao Paulo. The WG is very relaxed, we like to watch movies or series together on our projector, have barbecues, invite friends for dinner or brunch, and also dance here in the apartment :) We make plans together and enjoy meeting new people, but we also work a lot and like to have our moments of silence and tranquility.
Our apartment has a lot of special details and we are always trying to make it nicer, so it would be great if you have the same motivation as us.
Sorry, not suitable for couples!
