.Ich miete ein Zimmer in Neukölln von Januar bis Ende November.
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß. Insgesamt hat man 63m² zur Verfügung.
Die Miete beträgt 1136 inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung hat ein 30m² großes, offenes Wohnzimmer, das als Esszimmer, Büro oder Ruhebereich genutzt werden kann.
Das dritte Zimmer ist abgeschlossen und wird von uns genutzt, wenn ich oder mein Freund in der Stadt sind (etwa 5 von 11 Monaten, aber nicht ständig, etwa alle 3 Monate).
Das bedeutet, dass du die meiste Zeit über eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung zur Verfügung hast.
Es gibt auch einen Balkon, eine Küche mit Fenster, Badezimmer und Abstellkamer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Perfekt, um sich zu konzentrieren und zu arbeiten. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Station Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt auch mehrere Buslinien. Zwei Haltestellen vom Ostkreuz entfernt. Der Flughafen ist leicht zu erreichen.
mit dem Fahrrad erreichen Sie schnell Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide und Treptower Park.

Hello, this is Monique,
I am renting a room in Neukölln from January to the end of November.
The room is 14m² big. In total you have 63m² at your disposal.
The rent is going to 1136 all included.
The apartment is fully furnished.
The flat has a 30m² open-space living room that can be used as a dining room, office or relaxation area.
The third room is locked and is used by us when I OR my boyfriend are in town (about 5 out of 11 months, but not consistently, about every 3 months).
This means that most of the time you have a fully furnished flat at your disposal.
There is also a balcony, a kitchen with a window, bathroom and a storeroom.
The flat is very bright and cosy. Perfect for concentrating and working. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Sonnenallee station (Ringbahn) is a 2-minute walk away. There are also several bus lines. two stops from Ostkreuz. The airport is easy to reach. with the bicycle you reach quickly Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide and Treptower Park.
It's possible to visit the apartment from the 11th of December.
