Du könntest für die nächsten 4 Monate unser:e neue Mitbewohner:in sein. Also leg dich ins Zeug, hau die Bewerbung raus - wir freuen uns drauf.
Aber eins nach dem anderen. Du weißt ja noch gar nicht, was dich erwartet.
Hier ein paar Infos zum Zimmer:

620€ Warmmiete (das ist leider, was ich zahle, ohne Aufschlag :(
Ich muss für einen Teil meines PJs Berlin verlassen und vermiete daher mein zimmer für den Zeitraum von 4 monaten unter :)
Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel, wir werden uns bestimmt einig.
Es ist ne moderne Wohnung, alles funktionert einwandfrei.
Top gelegen: du hast es 3-5 min zu Fuß zur Haltestelle "Neukölln" U7 und zur Ring-/S-Bahn, 6 min zur Hermannstraße, wo die U8 abfährt, genauso aber auch die Ring- bzw. S-Bahn. Dort gibt es nen DM, Rewe, Netto, nur 5 min fußläufig hast du es zu Kaufland, Rossmann und denn´s. Coole Bars sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, du bist schnell in der Weserstraße, wo es nochmal paar mehr gute Bars gibt. Mit Essen bist du in Neukölln natürlich sowieso bestens versorgt.
Unser WG Leben ist eigentlich ziemlich unkompliziert. Haben immer mal wieder Bock auf Gesellschaft, mal ziehen wir uns zurück. Sind ordentlich, aber haben keinen Putzwimmel…and so on.
Wichtig ist uns einfach ein:e liebe:r Mitbewohner:in und ein entspanntes Miteinander.
Rückzug wird natürlich respektiert, den brauchen wir ja genauso.. einfach eine gute Balance im Zusammenleben, weißt schon :)
Ein gesundes Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung und einfach ein Gefühl für Dinge, die im Haushalt anfallen, wären super. Genauso eine gute Balance zwischen Leben und Chillen mitbringen - also weder eine Party nach der anderen mitnehmen, hunderte Leute zur Party daheim einladen noch durchgängig Zuhause sitzen.

I have to leave Berlin for a part of my PJ rotation, so I'm subletting my room for a period of 4 months :)
Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, we'll surely come to an agreement.
It's a modern apartment, everything works perfectly.
Our flatshare life is actually pretty chill. We sometimes feel like having company, other times we prefer to have our own space. We're tidy, but not obsessed with cleaning... and so on.
What matters to us is simply a kind roommate and a relaxed atmosphere. The need for privacy is respected, as we need that too. It's all about striking a good balance in living together, you know :)
A healthy level of cleanliness and orderliness, along with a sense of household responsibilities, would be great.
